1. General Conditions & Eligibility

2. Strictly Prepaid Orders (No COD)
We operate strictly on a Prepaid basis. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or any post-payment methods under any circumstances. All orders must be fully paid for and processed securely through our online payment gateway at the time of checkout.
3. Geographic and Delivery Restrictions
Our delivery services are strictly limited to the following regions in India:
* Bengaluru
* Pune
* Mumbai
* Coastal Karnataka (Udupi to Mangaluru region only)
By placing an order, you confirm that your shipping address falls within these specified zones. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if the shipping address is outside our delivery zones.
4. Pricing and Product Information
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Payment Security & Processing
All online payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways (including Razorpay). We do not store your credit card, debit card, or net banking credentials on our servers.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
